Felicia-Marie Wilson is the Health Equity Lead over Equitable Service Delivery at the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Direct Care and Treatment division over Community-Based Services. Felicia-Marie has an extensive clinical and direct care background. Her experience includes over 20 years as a Social Worker, Direct Services Case Manager, and Mental Health Practitioner. Ms. Wilson has served youth and adults with ID/DD in Crisis Mental and Chemical Health and families and children experiencing out-of-home placement. Additionally, she assisted youth in Elementary and Post-Secondary Education to navigate the journey to better mental health. Furthermore, during the COVID-19 crisis, Felicia Marie volunteered to work on the front lines of Housing Stabilization and Homeless Outreach providing triage and other needed services to youth, single adults, homeless veterans as well as mass released individuals from correctional facilities as a result of the public health crisis. As a native of Saint Paul Minnesota, Felicia-Marie continues to be a servant leader in her community. She is a staunch advocate in the Social and Restorative Justice arena in the Twin Cities and beyond. Ms. Wilson is a trained mediator and Peace Circle facilitator, and she regularly volunteers her time in afterschool and summer programs for youth and coaching and mentoring high-school student-athletes. Felicia-Marie holds an Associate degree in Medical Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Administration and Child and Family Studies.  She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work.

Miracle Johnson is a Sr. Resource Manager at Microsoft. She is responsible to lead key projects and initiatives targeted towards evolving Resource strategy, planning, governance for Modern Work (MW) and Modern Life Gaming and Customer Service (MLGCS) SBUs. Miracle is an innovative professional with 9 years of experience with a strong background in consulting, managing strategic projects and initiatives. While in her Consulting role, she designed, developed and delivered custom workshops for people managers and C-suite level executives. She has numerous certifications, and licenses including Pearson Personality Integrator, Crucial Conversations, Series 6 Securities and Lean Six Sigma. A passionate professional, she has focused her career on leadership roles, building mutually beneficial business relationships with clients and the development of different models and planning processes. Miracle is a graduate of Louisiana State University. She holds a Bachelor of arts degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations; a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration with a concentration in Sport Commerce as well as minors in Psychology and Business Administration. She is also a graduate of the LSU E.J. Ourso College of Business Flores MBA Program with a Master of Business Administration.
